1. Services and Features
The App provides AI-assisted marketing strategies and content based on user input. Users can choose between free, Starter, and Pro plans, each offering different levels of features and functionality.
2. User Content
2.1 Content Submission
Users can share content, including images, branding materials, and business information. By submitting content, you represent and warrant that you have the rights to use and share such content.
2.2 No Moderation
We do not monitor or moderate user-generated content. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your content complies with applicable laws and does not violate any third-party rights.
3. Payment and Refund Policy
3.1 Paid Plans
The App offers Starter and Pro plans as paid subscription options. Payment is billed on a monthly basis.
3.2 Refunds
We do not offer refunds. However, users who cancel their subscription will retain access to the paid plan features until the end of the current billing cycle.
3.3 Cancellation
To cancel your subscription, you must submit a cancellation request. Processing takes up to 24 hours.
4. User Responsibilities
4.1 User Conduct
The quality of the AI’s output is based on the quality of the input provided by the user. There are no specific rules for usage other than compliance with applicable laws.
4.2 Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from engaging in unlawful activities or actions that could harm the App’s functionality, including reverse engineering.
4.3 Account Management
- Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account.
- Users are responsible for securing their account login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized access resulting from user negligence.
5. Liability and Legal Aspects
5.1 Disclaimer of Warranties
The accuracy and reliability of the AI’s results depend on the quality of user input. We make no guarantees regarding the effectiveness or suitability of the results generated by the App.
5.2 Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
6. Termination Policy
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the App for violations of these Terms or applicable laws. Users can request account cancellation by contacting us at support@aicmo.io. Cancellation requests are processed within 24 hours.
7. Dispute Resolution
There is no specific dispute resolution process. Users are encouraged to contact us directly with any concerns.
8. Jurisdiction
These Terms apply within the United States. Use of the App outside the United States is not supported at this time. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.

We implement standard security measures to protect user accounts and data. However, no system is entirely secure. Use the App at your own risk.
9.2 Reporting Security Issues
If you suspect any unauthorized access to your account or identify a security vulnerability, please notify us immediately by emailing support@aicmo.io. Prompt reporting helps us address and mitigate potential risks effectively.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting, and continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
